"Able to replace up to a full cup of sugar in a recipe, without the after taste. My wife hates truvia, Stevia, and the other sugar-free alternative sweeteners because of the after taste. She loves Cravely though! Great for sourdough treats, while staying macro, friendly"
The Duke · Verified Purchase"My family has been looking for a healthier alternative to sweeteners and this is it! Great quality and tastes great. Highly recommend."
jcarskip · Verified Purchase"This stuff is sweet. I used 1/8 of a teaspoon. I think it's too much. I am going to try and find a smaller than 1/8 spoon. It is delicious. No after taste."
David Flores · Verified PurchaseWhy it tastes different
Stevia is bitter on its own. Most brands hide it with sugar alcohols.
Yacón combined with Stevia creates the perfect-tasting, all-natural sweetener
One small jar. 266 servings. Four pounds of sugar.
Us vs. them
Most sweeteners solve calories and create a new problem… The taste.
We fixed that.

Start with tomorrow's coffee.
A pinch in your coffee or tea. Sweet, clean, and the aftertaste you were braced for never shows up.
Oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, iced tea. You stop measuring and start pinching.
First bake. It dissolves and blends, so it works in batters and dressings where granular stevia stays gritty.
Still the same jar. Most people are nowhere near the bottom of it.
Why we made this
We significantly reduced our sugar intake years ago and hated every stevia we tried. In Peru, we found yacón, a root that has sweetened food in the Andes for generations. When we tried these two ingredients combined, it was the perfect sweetener we had always been looking for.

Questions and answers
Does it really have no aftertaste?
Stevia on its own has a bitter, lingering finish. Yacón root softens it, the way a splash of cream rounds off coffee. There are no sugar alcohols, so there is no cooling burn either. If you have only ever tried stevia blended with erythritol, this will taste different.
How much do I use?
An eighth of a teaspoon replaces about a tablespoon of sugar. Start with a pinch in coffee and adjust. A little goes a long way, which is why one 40g jar holds about 266 servings.
Can I bake with it?
Yes. It dissolves and blends into batters, sauces, and dressings. Because it is concentrated it will not add bulk the way sugar does, so in recipes that rely on sugar for structure, keep some bulk from another ingredient.
What is yacón?
A root vegetable from the Andes, pronounced yah KOHN. It is naturally sweet, and its fiber (FOS and inulin) is a prebiotic that feeds the good bacteria in your gut. It is the reason Cravely tastes clean.
Is it keto and diabetic friendly?
Zero calories and low glycemic. Both ingredients are plants, with no added sugar and no sugar alcohols. If you manage a medical condition, check with your doctor as you would for any sweetener.
What exactly is in the jar?
Stevia leaf extract and yacón root powder. Nothing else. Non GMO, vegan, gluten free. No erythritol, no maltodextrin, no dextrose, no flavors.
